Our Privacy Policy

What information do we collect?

When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number.  We do not store any credit card details.  We may record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site use which enables us to improve the service we provide.

Security 

All credit card transactions are processed by SagePay.  SagePay are fully accredited as a Level 1 compliant provider, the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).  No credit card data is stored on our servers.  You can find SagePay's security policy at http://www.sagepay.co.uk/policies/security-policy
